Rights

  1. You can export your data from the service at any time.
  2. You can close your account at any time.
  3. Your personal data, including identify and email address will not be sold and shared with third-parties or other persons without your consent.
  4. If there is a major failure of the service and you cannot use it at all, you will receive a full explanation of the circumstances and what measures will be taken to avoid similar problems.
  5. If the service stops operating, you will have the opportunity to download or export all your data.
  6. You will be treated respectfully and equally, no matter what data you store, freedom is important here.
  7. The service reserves the right to throttle, close or delete your accounts and data if you abuse the service. Any intentional behavior which cause the service to stop running or slow down greatly will be regarded as abusing the service.
  8. The service reserves the right to update and change the "Terms of Service".

Responsibilities

  1. You must be a human. The service doesn't allow "bots" or other automated methods.
  2. You must not abuse the service in any form.
  3. If you find a security or privacy bug on Metaesn.com, I ask that you please report it to me right away by private email.
  4. The service will back up data regularly, but there is no guarantee that the data you lost will be restored from the backup data.
  5. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by Metaesn.com.
